2. Description of Service
Pret-a-Pee is a crowdsourced information platform that maps out and provides access codes to public and private sanitary facilities, primarily within the United Kingdom. We do not own, operate, or maintain the facilities listed.
3. User Conduct & Crowdsourced Information
- Accuracy: Information provided on the platform is crowdsourced. We cannot guarantee the accuracy, availability, or hygiene of any facility listed.
- Lawful Use: You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use the provided codes to trespass or commit illegal acts.
- Contributions: By submitting access codes or statuses, you grant Pret-a-Pee an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish and distribute this data.
4. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRET-A-PEE AND ITS CREATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; OR (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Use of the Service is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
